Luna C18(3) 填料采用了我们独有的键合技术,拥有很高的配体表面密度,从而实现很宽的 pH 稳定范围(1.5到10.0*)。使用化学稳定的硅胶填料可以带来以下益处:
寿命更长——优异的机械强度
Luna HPLC 填料的机械稳定性对于成功使用动态轴向压缩 (DAC) 设备进行大规模纯化而言至关重要。
Luna 填料具备出色的机械稳定性,使其可以进行反复的填装使用,确保延长 DAC HPLC 系统的寿命。机械强度较弱的颗粒会在色谱柱填装过程中破损,从而形成碎片并堵塞筛板,还会造成异常的高背压。为了验证Luna C18(3) 填料的结构完整性,我们在 5 cm ID DAC 系统中以 130 bar 的压力对其进行反复填装。在每次填装之后,均未发现明显的碎片,这也证明了即便在反复的DAC填装后,Luna C18(3) 也能保持出色的机械稳定性,从而提高整体经济性。在较大的 DAC 系统中 (>5 cm),能够施加到硅胶上的压力一般在 70bar 或以下,这样可以延长填料的寿命。(欲了解更多信息,可申请我们推荐的Luna(3)填装和操作指南)。
这种醚连苯基相为极性封尾,具有较高的阳离子保留能力,可以改善离子化碱的保留。可利用极微小的极性和芳香性差异实现极性和/或芳香族化合物之间的分离。
